Returns and Exchange Policy for Nalva

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
- Eligibility:
- Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or defective, wrong order received.
- Return requests must be raised within 48 Hours of receiving the product.

- Returns will not be accepted beyond this period.
- Product Condition:
- Products must be in saleable condition, with original folds, packaging, and tags intact.
- The product should be unused and undamaged.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Include your name, order number, and mobile number on the packaging.
- Ensure the original receipt/invoice is included with the product.
- Courier Charges:
- Customers must pay the courier charges for returns or exchanges.
- If the return is due to our error, we will reimburse the courier charges through a credit note or voucher.
Damaged/Defective Products
- Only damage items will be free shipping for claim
- Do not accept packages if they arrive in an unsealed or damaged condition. Report any such issues to our customer support immediately.
- Returns or exchanges for damaged/defective products will only be accepted if they are in original condition with original folds and tags intact.
Order Cancellation
- Customer Initiated:
- Orders can be canceled before they are processed or approved by emailing us at info@nalva.in with the subject line “Order Cancellation”.
- Once an order is processed or approved, it cannot be canceled by the customer.
- Company Initiated:
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to technical or stock issues without prior notification. A full refund will be provided in such cases.
Refund Procedure
- Refunds will be processed either as a credit note at our discretion.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the receipt of the returned product, provided it meets our return policy criteria.
