Returns + Exchanges

1. Damaged or Defective Products

(i)We accept exchange requests only for damaged or defective items.
(ii)An unboxing (opening) video is mandatory while opening the package. The video must clearly show the parcel from all sides before and during unboxing.
(iii)You must inform us about any damage or defect within 48 hours of delivery.
(iv)Once verified, we will process an exchange at no additional cost.
(v)Refunds are not applicable; only replacement for the same item will be provided.

2. Exchanges for Size, Colour, or Other Reasons

(i)Exchanges for size, colour, or style preferences can be made within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
(ii)In such cases, shipping charges (both ways) must be borne by the customer.
(iii)The product must be *unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
(iv)Products without tags or packaging will not be eligible for exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note:
Imitation jewellery and used/washed nighties are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless received in a damaged condition (supported by an opening video).

4. How to Initiate an Exchange

(i)Contact us on WhatsApp (+91 8885684551) within the valid time frame.
(ii)Share your order number, reason for exchange, and opening video (if applicable).
(iii)Our team will verify and guide you through the process.

5. Important Notes

(i)Requests made after 48 hours (for damage) (for size/colour) will not be accepted.
(ii)We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery.
(iii)Products returned without prior approval or without proper packaging/tags will be rejected.
